Who Would Attack a Toddler with Acid?

For such an attack to be targeted at a three year old child is, quite frankly, unfathomable.

The fact they have one person in custody for the crime is something to be grateful for, but if others were involved they too need to be found and brought to justice.

The sort of individual who would commit such a crime, does not deserve to be free to roam the streets.
