Should We Stockpile Food in the Event of a No-Deal Brexit?

Amongst the many things that have been said about Brexit, by those pushing for our exit 'at all costs', this has to be one that vies for a top ten place in the 'stupid' category.

Are there really any people out there who think the suggestion we will stockpile food in case of a 'no-deal' Brexit is a positive thing?
