Hate Crime Whodunit!

What I don’t understand here, is why this extremist Christian believes it’s okay to share hateful and abusive views, as long as he doesn’t actually threaten to go ahead with murder.

To pray for the death of another, innocent, human being should in itself be considered a crime.

His lack of tolerance and inclusion is something that he, his church and his country should be ashamed of.
