At Least the Passports are Blue...

People are apparently angry that an EU company may be given the contract for the UK’s new blue passports, once we can no longer use the EU passports.

Would they really want us to award such an important contract without a full due diligence and tender process?

The contract must be delivered by the company best placed to deliver the goods at a reasonable cost.
